The Design Thinking of Panarama Masterplan

Designing the whole Panarama site, we try to take account of all environmental aspects of the surroundings. We want to create the development according to the land contour, minimizing the damage to the existing greeneries. Hence, the roads are more winding; the villas are categorized according to their land slope; and the trails are encircled with various trees.

The whole site is designed to be harmonious with the nature; we considered the direction of the sun light, and the wind direction. Everything wihtin Panarama should be accessible with ease. The location, convenience, and comfort are also prioritized.

Panarama’s First & Finest Villa, Resonating a melodic of Javanese tradisional language, “Sentiasa” is derived from the word “Senantiasa” which convey the idea of Panarama as a retreat that is faithful to their residents, giving shelter, comfort and the sincerest touch of nature at all time.

Hence there are 3 types of villas — Upslope, Downslope, and Flat. Although they are made on top of different land conditions, the villas still share the same natural harmony.
